Attorney-at-law Kaili Rätsepp will lead a discussion on flexible working arrangements at the Paide Arvamusfestival
On 8 August 2026, Kaili Rätsepp, attorney-at-law at LEADELL Pilv Law Office, will chair a discussion entitled ‘Flexibility or control?’ on the topic of working life at the Paide Arvamusfestival.
In working life, the question is no longer simply whether to work in an office or remotely. Flexible working arrangements, in terms of both location and time, require clear agreements and a balance between the organisation’s objectives and the wishes and needs of employees. Led by Kaili Rätsepp, the discussion will explore what the balance between flexibility, control, trust and responsibility might look like in the workplace, and what challenges this presents for employers and employees.
The panel will feature experts in human resources management and employment law:

The discussion will take place in the ‘ Tööelu’ area on 8 August from 12.30 to 14.00.
