In the dispute the client of LEADELL Pilv (contractor) claimed through court the agreed fee for the performed work. Initially the County Court decided not to satisfy the claim (based on very formal and unrealistic reasons) but the District Court agreed with the reasoning of <a href=\"https:\/\/leadell.ee\/en\/attorneys\/pirkka-marja-poldvere\/\">Pirkka-Marja P\u00f5ldvere<\/a> in the appeal and annulled the decision. The second round decision of the County Court has now entered into force and the court has fully satisfied the claim of our client.
